Okay, here's the thing...
You need a new job, lol.

You’re MISERABLE and it’s time for a change! You deserve better. Here are the 5 things you need to do before you quit:
- Save, save, save! Even if you have another job lined up (which I strongly recommend!) and an emergency fund- it’s good to beef up your safety net a bit more before your resignation. Transitions are difficult and it’s always good to have a nest egg.
- Check your vacation payout policy: If you have a few unused vacation days, use them before you leave. If you have more than 5-10 days, check to see what the payout policy is instead.
- Think about references! Who at your current company would go to bat for you? It’s always good to have up-to-date references, so start thinking that through.
- Go to the doctor! Use those medical and dental benefits before leaving.
- Don’t burn bridges! When you leave, leave on a good note. Write thank you notes, give proper notice and work with your boss to help with the transition process. People will remember this!!
